This one-bedroom unit located in Shangri La Properties' The Rise Makati features a breathtaking view of the Manila Bay and Makati's city skyline. But that is not all; the interior also complements the urban landscape outside, exuding personality and style. The project's core objective was to provide comfort and showcase personality and was shown through the custom designed wardrobe. The client also specifically requested that they didn't want any construction work done, including repainting of walls. Therefore, all the built-in units needed to be prefabricated offsite.
