Modern luxury residences rely on much more than just aesthetics and seamless functionality. Crafting the perfect luxury home means paying careful attention to both the larger scale aspects as well as the smaller, more intricate details that piece it together. In this project, we introduced new materials and construction methods that had not been explored in this location before. We mixed a variety of natural and synthetic materials to achieve the level of sophistication we aimed for, prioritizing functionality and longevity. We played with textures and finishes to accentuate and highlight a specific corner.
